Histry of Asram
Holy mother exposed her holy divinitry infornt of her dacoit parents (Dakat Baba- Sagar Santra and Dakat Ma-Matongini Santra) in the medo of Telo Velo (1877). In those days Holy Morther usually travelled from Joyrambati / Kamarpukur to Dakhineswar on foot following the halting stations like jahanabad (Arambagh), Telo-Velor Chati , Tarakeswar and Baidyabati . During such journeys she stayed at the village Telo two times (1872 and 1877). In the journey of the year 1877, she had contact with her dacoit parents . The villagers of the village Telo were not concern about the very incident. Such situation had been passed about hundred years .
তেলুয়া রামকৃষ্ণ সারদা সেবাশ্রম একটি আধ্যাত্মিক ও সেবামূলক প্রতিষ্ঠান। তেলো-ভেলোর পথ ধরে শ্রী শ্রী মায়ের দক্ষিণেশ্বর গমনা-গমন এবং তেলোর চটিতে তাঁর রাত্রিবাসের ইতিহাসকে ধরে রাখার উদ্যোগেই এই সেবাশ্রমের সূচনা। সেবাশ্রমের প্রতিষ্ঠাকাল ১৯৬৫ খ্রীষ্টাব্দে, মন্দিরের ভিত্তি প্রস্তর স্থাপিত হয় ১৯৭৪ খ্রিষ্টাব্দে (ভিত্তিপ্রস্তর স্থাপন করেন পূজনীয় স্বামী পরমেশ্বরানন্দজী মহারাজ), ১৯৭৭ খ্রিষ্টাব্দে মন্দিরের দ্বারোদ্ধোটন ঘটে এবং সেটি সম্পাদন করেন পূজনীয় স্বামী গৌরীশ্বরানন্দজী মহারাজ; সেবাশ্রম সরকারী নিবন্ধীকৃত হয় ১৯৮১ খ্রিঃ।
